Probably because of diet, since north koreans eat less sugar, soy and strogenic foods, they develop more masculine features while growing up

I think that has to do with their increased dairy intake compared to north koreans, due to probably adopting some things from a western diet. The moment north koreans increase their dairy intake, they will mog niggas from the south.
