I have been thinking about this niche for a few days and honestly think it mogs so hard.
I got the idea from walking past an Aran jumper shop and noticing one of the models.
Aran jumpers are traditional fisherman's jumpers made in the Aran islands off of the West Coast of Ireland.
They were first made in Guernsey off the coast of France. The most famous variant is from Ireland but there are other variants from the rest of the British isles and Norway.
There are other signature jumpers from North Atlantic countries like the Icelandic lopapeysa.
If you are thinking that these look feminine or silly, look at my avi.
This is Irish explorer Tom Crean. I've seen many men mention how they feel like less of a man looking at him.
So, a good quality, warm, stylish jumper is essential. What else is there?
First of all, who does this work for?
Obviously dark hair light eyes are optimal for this look, with North Atlantid being the perfect pheno.
Light-haired Northwestern European phenotypes like Subnordid, Anglo-Saxon, and Kelto-Nordid work fine. Hair can't be too light.
Light eyes add so much!
+ I think a taller skull looks better.
Ginger can work but you have to be VERY masculine looking to pull it off. This look wouldn't suit some ginger normie like Wheat Waffles.
Clothes besides the jumper
Grey, navy, and black dress pants. Like this pair I own:
Regular-fit jeans (not traditional but fits the niche well)
Brown formal shoes, but you could also get away with Chelsea boots.
Hats are a nice addition. Flat caps and old-fashioned woollen beanies look well.
Physique
My main inspiration for this is Cavill in Man of Steel. He was working in an oil rig or something for a while in that film and looked like a rugged fisherman.
You need to be muscular enough that you look muscular in the jumper.
A large upper-body is essential. This means thick neck too.
Rowers have huge arms, shoulders and traps from rowing all day.
Chest hair is also good. Not a huge amount but a substantial amount. Women older than 20 love a decent amount of chest hair on men:
So like this:
Hair and facial hair
Hair isnt super important. Just make sure it's a decent length. It can be styled or left unkempt, both look well.
Facial hair is necessary but it doesn't have to be a lot. Some simple stubble is fine.
In my opinion, beardstache and short rugged beard are the best though.
(Btw this is the type of beanie I was talking about)
I am still prettyboymaxxing but when I'm 19 or 20 this will be what I strive for. Did I get anything wrong?
