Let me explain you, in Islam we have something called Kufr (disbelief), if i drink alcohol and eat pork i'm not a disbeliever (kaffir), just a sinner and all humans sin, but if let's say i insult Allah or a Prophet for example, then yeah, i'm considered a kaffir (disbeliever), this is based on the Qur'an and Sunnah (true narrations of the Prophet Muhammad Alayhi a salat wa salam)

Scholars say if a muslim says a word which has 99 meanings of kufr (disbelief) but 1 meaning is not kufr, we have to refrain from labelling him as a kaffir and still consider him a muslim, there is a narration of the Prophet Muhammad where he says that if a muslim calls another muslim a kaffir then one of them will fulfill that label, so we must be really careful with that

There is just one Islam, if a muslim in the west drinks alcohol or commits fornication he is sinning but there is no such thing as western Islam, we can't change the rulings of Islam based on our desires, we must accept them how they are, if a muslim acts like a westerner then he is just acting like a westerner, not practicing a western muslim, there is not eastern Islam too hahaha
