if you have the funds for it use gh asap you could be 5'10 if you start now. For your hair use a dermastamper,minoxidil and finasteride and you'll turn out fine. If all fails become a gymcel at your height little muscle mass looks like allot and pray a girl prefers muscles over height you are completely saveable at 15
