@NorwoodAscender

I recall seeing you mention trimming lashes for perceived PCT.

If you haven't already, could you make a guide on eyelash trimming/shaping?

Post Adderall clarity most likely but tomato tomato
I only found this post because I was staking you bhai,

Do you know if there’s a way I can tell if I have keratosis Pilaris?
I saw you say you had it.
I have it on my arms for sure but on my face i don’t have bumps but I do go red sometimes (I think), but I’m not always red in the face.

2 times in my life kids have asked me why I look red…..
I wanted to ropeeee

brutal….

Is there anyway I can bring it down, product wise?
I think it’s mild as only 2 people have ever mentioned it to me,

It comes from my Grandad’s side who are Estonian , According to him it’s very common in Estonia ( I’m 25%) , do you have any ancestors near that area?

I have a bit of Irish blood in me, 99% sure it comes from that at least in my case.

So for products the thing that helped me the most was honestly diet. Most things would just irritate it. I’m trying some azelaic acid for it today, saw some people say that could help will let you know.

Long term this is my plan. Topical sirolimus. So the reason we have this annoying skin condition is an overproduction of keratin. What causes this? mTOR. Topical sirolimus will inhibit this mTOR in only places you apply it, which is what we need.

Only thing is sirolimus prescribed is wayyy overpriced in the cream version. My plan is to find a source for sirolimus pills and make my own cream I can apply.

the prescribed sirolimus has worked for many tho, just expensive. only side effect of it is acne, hence why im waiting till spring break/ my uni semester is over to try it

yeah I’ve looked into sirolimus too,

I don’t know if mine is severe enough to source it tbh ,
My brothers is I will definitely have to do it for him.
It seems like a solid plan to me, only problem is sourcing it as it is prescription only you will have to buy it on a random site , which yes will cost shit tuns.
Thanks for the input I will probably try the Azelaic acid and then try the sirolimus if results aren’t satisfactory.
