Nah at that age when hair loss is so recent there is a high chance for a lot regrowth actually! I am a lil bit past NW 1 and still getting slow and steady mini-regrowth 2 1/2+ almost 3 years actually later on treatment in places I have not had hair for many years lol... and I am pretty old(30).
