For the majority of white people its basically over if they get beyond Norwood 2
Does the norwood reaper also affects a blacks male PSL? Or does't it affect him that much? How much of the PSL scale goes basically off to him?

I have an uncle of 53 years old and is bald but has amazing skin and still looks good.

It does affect their PSL, just not as much as with a white person for example. As for how much they descend... It depends. Some rock the bald look better than others. Some might go down by 0.5 psl and others 2.
If you’ve got a masculine face you’d most likely not be affected as much if you went bald.
