Could it really be the vaccines? I got all of them and starting thinning right after at 16 and scalp issues.DUPA is very very rare, I thought I had retrograde/dupa but got a biopsy done and I have lichen Planopilaris
Cause is unknown, not genetic, it’s environmental.. but they have no clue. Doctors say they saw in increase after Covid, likely the vaccines have fucked us
Do another biopsy dude
I also had telogen effluvium + AGA.. multifactoral alopecia
I was losing density everywhere, especially on the sides and Reddit had me convinced it was retrograde
Had 2 double punch biopsies doneWhere did u place the biopsy
If it really is the vaccines then that’s some fucking bullshit honestly I’m getting pissed thinking ab it, my hair is abnormally thinning and kinking it’s pissing me off so muchHad 2 double punch biopsies done
It shouldn’t matter too much where you do them, but I had one on scalp left vertex, and one on scalp right vertex
Yes bro even my dermatologist who shouldn’t really be saying this but he was heavily implying it, saying “you know I have noticed this a lot after Covid”Could it really be the vaccines? I got all of them and starting thinning right after at 16 and scalp issues.
Do you think I could have itYes bro even my dermatologist who shouldn’t really be saying this but he was heavily implying it, saying “you know I have noticed this a lot after Covid”
My condition is very rare already. It affects only a few out of 100,000 people
And majority of these people are women
And majority of them are Caucasian (I’m Persian)
And majority are menopausal (above 55)
So idk how the fuck I got this. It’s likely 1 in millions, but for the doctor to say increased likelihood means that whatever has influenced the increase has increased it sufficiently
I.e. there is a root cause
I don’t know, but check asapDo you think I could have it
I think i also have scarring alopecia, my hair hurts while moving and burns in the sun. on top of that i was nearly a non responder to finI don’t know, but check asap
Do you have discord/insta or something I can msg you on?Get a biopsy done asap

My derm is low a smart lady I respect her tbh, she gave me clobetasol and increased vitamin d but I don’t really want to take doxy or any antibiotics, I feel like my hair shedding got worse after a long round of antibiotics, I’m trying additional topicals at the momentGet a biopsy done and a Dermatologist will help you
