THREAD OST (Banger tbh)



Brief Overview

I have been receiving constant messages asking what I am currently doing looksmaxxing wise. So I am making this lowish effort thread for u boyos.

Just mainly as a list, not really going to go into much detail. I plan on making a high-ass effort thread in about 3 months creating a complete tier list and details for every softmax i have done. Im waiting that long because I really want to give everything the chance to work before rating it.

I have three fucking finals tomorrow that I need to study for so I'm gonna make this somewhat quick. If you want to wait threeish months to get a complete rating on each softmax I'm doing I would not blame u. But that is three months of time wasted u will never get back boyo;);) Ok im done rambling on, here we go.

Skin:
This is what I use for skincare. Not in order just everything I use. Refer to previous threads ive made if u want the exact order.

- Pyunkang yul toner and moisturizer
-Clindamycin
-Tretinoin (.025)
-Lotrimen AF for seborric derm (dandruff) on face
-Azelaic Acid
-La roche posay cleanser and cicaplast balm b5
-Loreal anti-redness BB Cream (mogs)
-Melanotan two more a mogger tan. I get mine from amino asylum

Lips:

This is what im doing rn but maybe hold off on this because I think im developing a cold sore and it could be bc of this. Or i just have fucking herpes, brutal. In order btw.

-Exfoliate with wet toothbrush, no tooth paste obviously.
-Dermastamp my lips with on 1 mm setting to help absorption.
-Aquaphor on first to heal the lips.
-Vaseline to trap the moisture
-Then Volufiline at night.
-Mouth Widening device to improve nose-mouth ratio


Brows and Lashes:

- Dermastamp brows with 1.25 mm setting.
-Apply Topical minox to the brows
-Dyeing my brows dark brown
-Trimming the ends to fraud a more positive tilt

For lashes,

-Dyeing them Jet black
- Using latisse/bimatoprost from alldaychemist

-Curling the ends with a half lash curler
-Using Clear Mascara. Havent tried yet but it mogs


Nose:

-Debloating using various things ill mention later
-Latisse and hydrocortisone on the alar base to potentially narrow it
-Latisse and hydrocortisone on the tip to make it less bulbous
only use hydro for two weeks at a time
-Lipolab?


Hair:

-getting a wavy perm. end of section. my middle part looks like shit cause i have brutally straight hair

Debloating:

- Furosemide, eighty mg every three to five days
-Water cycling

-Potassium Chloride
-Sauna or HIIT if needed
-Switching to a Paleo diet from college goyslop


Eyes:

- Previous things with lashes and brows

-Losing weight and latisse to reduce neg hooding
-Whitening Sclera for important events with lumify
-Malaris Hypertrophy via EMS for increased canthal tilt (sorry, havent been doing it cause school but will start now that its over)
-PDO threads for canthal tilt within a month
-Volufiline/pdos on Undereyes
-Cantho if all else fails for canthal tilt

Jaw:

-lean down and hypertophy masseters
-jaw implants if needed but i dont think they are I just need to lean down



Zygos:

- lean down and bonesmash for occasional swelling

Teeth:


-Pneumos Teeth Whitening. Everything is ordered and on its way.


Lifting:

- 6 days a week
-Whatever I feel like lifting that day
-Prioritize shoulders, back, chest

Neck Training:


- Claviulars Guide
- Neck is so important

PEDS:


-Sarms ive tried- Ostarine, LGD, AC262. LGD mogs but more sides. take enclo and liver support
- Starting a Test E and anavar cycle this summer
-Going to take DNP to help me get to twelve percent bodyfat


Leaning Down:

-DNP
-Caloric deficit obviously
-Intermittent fasting
-Paleo Diet or Carnivore havent decided
-Sarm when cutting so I dont lose muscle. Prob ostarine.
-Adderall XR to have literally zero food cravings


Height/Frame:

-All the cope fuark for life stretches for shits and giggles
-Two inch lifts with High Top Air forces, people dont notice
-Glucosamine to keep morning height

-hop on a heightmaxxing stack if ur young retard

-silicone shoulder pads
-again spam shoulders and back


Nootropics:

-Do your own research of what you need
-Love em

Adderall:


-Adderall.


Style:

-Old money, it looks good on nordics.


Cheap Clothes:

- Buy near one to one reps for a tenth of the retail price
-nobody can tell dumbass
- join the r/fashionreps subreddit when it comes back
-its done rn because pandabuy got raided, wait for it to blow over.

-Depop is a good website also

JPG Le Beau now that its summer and im tropical/surfer maxxing

Blue de Chanel for parties and dates

Phenibut:

-Effects of alc without acting like a dumbass
-Take four to six hours before u need it
-I take a gram
-Dont get addicted only use once or twice a week

Propranolol:


-Beta blocker
-No physical signs of anxiety
-twenty to forty mg an hour before needed
-easy to get from doctor
-not addictive and zero sides

all this shit gonna age u faster my bhai, watch out ( talkin about skincare products, you should use less because these propaganda shit has lots of toxins in it, my skin never been better since I use a random moisturizer instead of putting 423432 things on me)

Good thread.

Mirin your low inhib for the DNP, I would suggest looking into semaglutide (ozempic) though. Been on it for 2-3 months and it basically obliterates your food cravings without fucking up your heart or making you overstimulated (it's a diabetes medication that is also given to obese people to help them shed literally tens of kilograms of fat). Can give a good UG lab source that I was using (in Europe), but I hopped on pharma grade ozempic recently through a doctor who's a personal friend of mine lol. There's an ozempic and diabetes medication shortage here, but now I'm stealing their medications just cos I want to leanmaxx and drop 8 kg of fat jfl :lul:

Btw I've also been using the phenibut + propranolol stack for a couple of years now, it works wonders for my social anxiety. Propranolol 10mg and 0.5g phenibut, if I go higher than that I get too sleepy at parties lol. And then I take some caffeine + another stimulant like methylphenidate (ritalin), phenylpiracetam (200mg) to make me talkative and more coherent. And I usually pop 10-20mg of tadalafil (cialis) in case I grind with a chick or pull to counteract the ED I get from propranolol :lul:. Makes me hard when dancing with chicks and they love feeling a hard one through the clothes jfl :lul:

whats difference bw dye and clear gel mascara? Also do u not use tinted lip balm?
first user ive seen mention the tinted balm in a while, giga high IQ more ppl need to do this
