Giving a quick anti-hairfall tip that's worked for me quite well:

Wash your hair with ketoconazole bar soap. Yes, keto shampoos work too but IMO the bar soaps work better for me.

This is the brand I use:

And wash it with distilled or reverse-osmosis water, not regular tap water. Tap water is bad for your hair:

Too many men focus on hormones - lowering DHT - and forget about the simple, effective things first.

Is there a filter for the shower?

Those small shower filters are worthless - crappy gimmicks.

An RO system for the shower would be too expensive and waste too much water. I just use a small bucket and use the RO system that's already installed at my home for drinking water.
I don't think you read the studies I linked to. In one of them fin + keto was more effective at stopping hair loss than fin alone. It's not an either/or thing. You can use both.

Get something like this installed and use a small bucket to wash your hair:

A full-shower system would increase your water bills too much. But if you got the money there are options for full-house systems.
distilled?

Both distillation and reverse osmosis remove nearly all minerals from the water. Water with high mineral content (hard water) is bad for for your hair - just read the study I linked to in my OP.
