What about fruits, i. e. natural sugar instead of industrial garbage? I mean the body needs glucose to function normally, which comes from sugar/carbs.

Finasteride won't regrow your hair unfortunately. I have been taking fin for almost one and a half year now and I'm 20 years old , my hair looks only somewhat better than baseline (NW2 on left temple with overall subpar density). I also dermaroll my hairline regularly but I haven't seen any noticeable regrowth. Sadly, this is all we've got. Our best option is to maintain as much as possible , get a transplant and hope for new treatments to come out.

i understand fin wont regrow but it did in the first place then i lost all that for no particular reason
