Nose acne

Can someone explain wth is in my nose please I have been using salicylic acid but it hasn’t done anything also ik my nose is big im prob gonna get a rihno i have been using hydrocortisone when I go out I would really appreciate some help with the acne on my nose

have you tried nose strips you should and if its the exact same after then its just your skin texture doesn't look too noticeable anyway

It's OILY, not acne?... I wish my fucking nasal skin looked like this itd be easy to manage..

if above the age of 18 take the holy savior DUTASTERIDE, it inhibits type 1 alpha reductase (a key factor in oil production within the skin)
