I have this too. It's definitely allergy and you have to experiment with cutting out foods to see which are the culprits. Hard to do that cause it takes 3 days of quitting one food group for the symptoms to go away.
Sometimes, it's supermarket dairy the cause. Sometimes starch / wheat.

MSE fixed my "allergies." I was always nasally congested until I fixed it with mse, but the problem was a narrow nasal floor. It was one of the big health reasons why I got it.

I'm going to assume you have a narrow vaulted palate.
