I've been thinking of using external mechanical force, such as a strong elastic band or facial harness, to fix nasal asymmetry by continually tugging the nose to the smaller or less dominant side.
The notion is based on how braces progressively move teeth through persistent strain from wires.
In this scenario, the goal would be to use constant lateral force to gradually realign a deviated or crooked nose toward the midline or smaller side.

Dnr: use string to pull nasal bone to fix asymmetry

When i wear heavy glasses on the crooked side, it hurts like when i got braces so the nasal bone actually moved.

I'm going to use something hard and tape it to my nose and side sleeping and see if it's going to hurt
Example pic Yellow is the tape Black is the object

I found a metal spoon; now i'm going to tape it and sleep

Just woke up, and my nose hurts like when my teeth got braces; when i touch it, it hurts. It's working and then i check the mirror and i see a little bit of change. But this also make going to sleep harder

You guys should use something better than plastic tape and a spoon, like i use however, i also have a theory. When your nose gets straightened faster than the face, it will be tilted to the side because the force makes the nose get symmetrical faster than other and after the other is symmetrical, the nose will be asymmetrical again.
The nose symmetrical, the jaw is not => side sleeping until jaw symmetrical => Nose become asymmetrical, Jaw become symmetrical
Solution i can think of is when the nose is almost in perfect shape, stop using the method and side sleep so they can be symmetrical at the same time.

This works best during puberty and younger because the bones are still developing. My orthodontist told me when i was having braces that my teeth would get into place faster (1 year) because when we are young, our bone is easy to move. Unlike adults, it took 3-4+ years.

I have a deviated septum too , does that work ill try it if you confirm further.

I can't go out with a spoon stick to my nose, so throughout the day i will pushing my nasal and at night i will repeat the routine. I will take pictures of my nose to see progres from now on
