Nose asymmetry solution

I have this habit of sleeping on one side from ig 3-5 years this made my nose, eyebrows and lips asymmetrical from one side iam mainly concerned about assymetrical nose is there any solution for it? The assymetry started to occur after it was not by birth.

Well, without any photos, it is hard to say. Is it a mild asymmetry?

Do you subconsciously strain your nose to make it smaller? Also, people are used to using only one nostril for breathing mostly. Do you chew on one side? Is there a tension in one of your traps? These are the small things that matter.

But as i said it wasn’t assymetrical before few years and my eyebrows,lips also got assymetrical with time of right side

I don’t know how to check tension in traps and for chewing i think i chew more from my assymetrical side. And iam pretty insecure bout my nose i sometimes clench my nose downwards to give it a bit skinny look not all the time

If you don't feel the tension, there is no probably in your traps. You can touch your upper traps (the ones connecting your neck to your torso) and feel if they are all tensed up. Clenching your nose might be it. It also matters from what side you swallow your food and the way you drink.
