I've been on medical HGH for 1.5 years to fix my deficiency but the bloat especially to my nose has been brutal. I also began to get hormonal acne and have had blackheads in my nose for a year, that I feel have been compounding to bloat my nose. Every week I will get one out and it's just ridiculous how much sebum my face produces. I've been on tretinoin for 2 weeks and that fixed most of my other facial acne problems but the effect on my nose has been minimal, even with salyicic acid cleanser 2x a day I feel that my sebaceous filaments are bloating my nose +20% or so. However I don't think I can get an accutane prescription with my rather mild hormonal acne, so are there any ways to extract blackheads swiftly rather than addressing my root problem? does the bloat get better after I reach my desired height and can tone down the HGH, and can I apply hydrocortisone along with my tretinoin on my nose? Also, is the cortisol increase from hydrocortisone noticeable? I do not want to take ashwagandha to counter the effects. Sorry for all the questions, looking for advice from those who have gone through a similar problem as mine.
