Nose breathing

Ever since i was little have been having trouble breathing trough my nose , always finding myself sounding like a 10 yr old ps4 booting up gta . My cousin noticed that i was constantly having to breathe through my mouth and put me on having my tongue always pressed to the roof of my mouth. ( he was an og looksmaxer and i started doing that when i was 12-13 so i don’t look like total mouthbreather ) well now i am 18 and still having trouble breathing through my nose .Does anyone here have an idea on how i can breathe better without any surgeries .

Yes ive been mewing for a few years . My jaw has a very slight recession which isn’t very noticeable.
