Nose bridge got visibly larger After MSE palate expander or braces. What causes this?

causes your airway to get bigger, including nose

The MSE expanded your nose cavity OP.
If you just recently got it, you could hope that after a few months everything will rearrange itself / relapse a bit and it'll look more natural

It didnt I put It out in march
my nose went from normal to extra large

Facegenics Maxillary Expander. It's an expander but the screws go deeper in the skull and it should be fully bone-borne and expand the upper midface more than the MSE.

I don't really see it I feel like it's just the angle of the pic. But if it's confirmed , then it could just be puberty. It doesn't really matter tho it's a fine looking nose, a little bit of size never hurts, it's actual manly to have a bigger nose.

The screw lengths are like identical
once it's bicortical it doesn't matter.

It seems like it'll be stronger. But that's about it.
The upper midface can't be affected a lot just cuz of physics

And even if it did, widening the cheekbones laterally isn't good aesthetically. it'll make you look like a volleyball.

you should be happy OP, your nose can always be set higher, if one prays to gandy
 
Only someone like Barrett or Dellosia should get mse.
 
Make the midface wider and the nose gets wider as well. Not complicated

If yes has anyone like pictures of an mse or marpe transformation or even both, all would be appreciated. I hear good things about mse but i just cant believe it can widen zygos and shit.

Safi told me I’d benefit from mse or segmental lefort. Said mse would mogg because segmental lefort means even more healing to do for the body after trimax
