nose bridge smashing for GH release?

as you can see, the pituitary gland is nearly directly behind the nasal bridge. this is the same gland that produces Human Growth Hormone. so in theory, hitting your radix hard enough will cause microvibrations and travel through the bone (sphenoid) to your pituary gland, hopefully triggering the release of HGH.
