I don't know what typa sin I did in my past life but God gave me a bulbous ah nose, it looks bad under most lighting and disturbing overall(only good in sunlight) and I'm really just waiting to grow enough for rhinoplasty, so I'm wondering if there's ANY softmaxx I could do until then.
