Nose change issues with Le Fort I + surgeons?

1. I need to understand the impact of Le Fort I on nose shape.

From what I understand base of nose is affected by bone changes.

What are risks of this giving you an "apeish" skull shape and making nose less appealing?

How to mitigate this?

2. Also, please list best surgeons in Europe that could perform this procedure taking aesthetics into account as primary focus.

i think aso with bimax is the way to go. in theory you could advance much further with aso, since you're just trading dental projection for more skeletal projection. dental projection is what gives that low iq look and deep mentolabial. say you end up like this black girl in the before. you revert back to good lip line with aso like in the after

sadly they only perform this shit in asia. none of my local surgeons want to do this alongside bimax on me. this woman ascended hard. bimax for gummy smile pushed her nose forward, aso gave her caucasoid lip line. it seems she also got forehead and nose bridge implants.
