just look at asian noses , flat nasal bridge + no definition.

Yes a lot of it also depends on cartilage (caucasians have the highest nasal bridges + thinnest cartilage near nose) but your nasal bone also needs to project enough to actually grow the nose forward and not allow the cartilage to stay stagnant in one place (causing bulbosity).

Why do all babies have cheek fat? Lack of maxillary projection (A neotenous trait)

As the maxilla grows forward neoteny decreases. Your maxilla grows with age if you hold proper oral posture/have an ideal environment. hence your jaws come out forward, your zygomatic arches broaden and give you that sunken cheek look - "hollow cheeks". Which means the jaws are grown outward in a manner that it lets your cheeks cave in.

Same goes for your nose. Your maxillary projection is dirrectly correlated to your nose, especially the upper maxillary region.
The more forward grown that area is the more it lets the skin stretch out, causing less bulbosity and more angularity.

No? Asians have bulbous noses as a given from birth coupled with their low nasal bridges.

Caucasians are born with a Lefort 3 if you make them the reference point for aesthetics.

Eurocentric standards prefer thinner more defined noses, the world operates based on these standards.

We are talking about developed men, not newborns.
The more developed your maxilla is, the less neotenous you look.

i.e, apes; humans beings had an evolutionary tradeoff when we evolved from apes. The tradeoff was Intelligence for a lack of brute strength.

Basically, We evolved to be more neotenous and started selecting for more intelligence due to us slowly progressing toward a civilized society - birthing civilization.

Apes have insanely forward grown maxillas but have tremendously Low IQs. Humans on the other hand have Higher IQs but with less developed maxillas

Here's a comparison of skull types and maxillary growth differing between different races.

East asians have genetically "flat" maxillas but also have the highest IQs amongst all racial groups excluding ashkenazi jews (these people were put through a eugenics program for intelligence).

Negroids have the lowest IQs amongst orientals (asians) and whites/caucasoids. Wondered why? Because their maxilla pretty much resembles that of an ape. They usually have proganthism, which is an excessively developed lower maxilla hence they also have recessed chins due to how protruded their mouths are.

Anyways - back on point. Compare the differences in nasal bone projection amongst those skulls. Europid skulls have the furthest projected nasal bones, hence thinner, straighter noses. They are projected more forward than horizontal, this allows for the cartilage surrounding the nose to stretch outward and reduce bulbosity. This in turn causes a projected, non bulbous nose.
