the number doesnt matter at the end. so get this. but it wont do much for your nose i guess. i asume that you are black, wider noses are ok in your ethnicity

Feel and pinch your nose where it looks wide if its cartilage there’s nothing u can do besides surgery but if you can pinch a layer of skin that’s thick then things like accutane and hydrocortisone can work
