Nose got smaller on accutane

started accutane almost 4 weeks ago 20mg the refrence photo is like 2 months ago but still it my nose seems way smaller from this angle
no bw change

Congrats, always wanted to see results from this angle.
Been reading some BOTB threads on it I'm going to start soon.
