nose growth

im 15 yo almost 16 my nose keeps growing from the front every single day like over summer it got way wider i think more on the bridge and upper cartilage, im on accutane and i thought i would have nose slimming effects but it has done nothing really, i can feel like pores kinda and maybe some bumps on my nose but i dont have acne. I've been on 20mg every day since end of march and yes i have missed some days but i thought the effects would be more intense is there anyway to stop my nose from growing even more.
