NOSE HELP NEEDED

I’m at my wit’s end, my nose shape is t5 and it’s keeping me sub-HMTN. Is surgery my only option? I have tried hydrocortisone and it helps a little. Non-grey replies only pls

Yes sorry, I am not as knowledgeable as some but I have some experience in the space. I never could be bothered to register a .org account till now. I have been in the .org discord for a couple years on and off but tbh it's full of idiots. I mainly do all of my research elsewhere, but the server is a good place to learn the concept of correct rates over time. I just want some real advice here, I'm weary that a lot of people don't rlly know what they're talking about but reply anyway

yes, I have seen this post a long time ago. It was helpful for me, and I'm glad i found it cause HC does make a subtle difference. I'm just making the extra post to see if anyone is aware of any other methods I could look into, or at least help plan a successful rhinoplasty because there are many different types of rhinoplasty.
