My opinion is that it would be cope. No face is free from imperfections, and having a few minor imperfections makes people more attractive. Something like that is not really noticeable. Not at least to me.

idk sometimes this hump makes my front profile strange and i`m on leanmaxx now i`m afraid to get worst

You notice it because you are you and it's your face. I am not you, and I hardly notice it. Really, it's not very noticeable and most males have a hump like that. I don't think it would make any difference. Even leanmaxing--there's no "nose fat" that it would in any way be affected by your weight loss. Really, don't worry about it.

Cope. Even Minor failos are noticed and magnified by opposite gender who wants to evaluate you for your genetic potential.
