Nose improvement

I have Seen many things on improving the Size of nose and getting rid of the bump etc but does anyone know if there is a way to improve the Shape because a round nose Looks so Bad in comparation to a Like really Sharp and Pointy nose I Hope You Can unterstand what I mean.

Both of these are good in him
