Every level of the nose 99% of the time indicates how well it has been grown. The radix reflect the upper most region of maxilla and MOST people with recessed infras have recessed radix both of which are mega common. The overall height of the nose is important as we ee in some asian faces a very "piggy" and short nose indicating recession. The base reflects development too latteraly and most wide noses come with wide mouths aslong as its in ratio well with mouth its good. Imo clav shopuld of got his mouth widened and possibly a very slight alar base reduction. Also oil can make nose look wider too hence accutane rhino.
