is there any way to get rid of that bump on ur nose, and if not, how do i make it less prominent from the side, kinda ruins my side profile

The bump is usually caused by a recessed maxilla the only way to really fix that is by trying to promote forward growth by doing things like mewing or if you currently have braces u should try and get a MARPE expander.
