i think he look worst, honestly. looks like someone snatched the nose of some dead white guy and glued it to his face. in the before picture he look more natural.

He looks better but mainly because in the left photo he's not presenting facial lipodystrophy - in the right photo the fat tissue in his face is eroded, left side of the face seems to be more affected, that's textbook facial lipodystrophy.

In the left photo is clear that he went through some sort of fat grafting or fillers beside the obvious rhinoplasty. Looks too natural to be fillers tbh, must be fat grafting
