im in med school bro I got last 2 years clinical rotation with my class I don't want to be seen fagottmaxing can I photoshop a broken nose I feel like that's the only valid excuse

they prolly will because like I said the onlydudes that did in my class are literally gay not like a bit fruity, and I. planning on doing more surgeries so im worried they notice the nose job and from here realise I did way more then everyone will think im crazy cuz im gonna get a genio, a rhino and fat grafts and maybe a hair transplant I won't lie about the transplant idc but the nose job idk what to do il see if I can fake a broken nose I use to do mma il say I got it broken there
