Nose Job

I need help, I can ascend to a decent point I have plans to hop on gear and I have high hopes for that. However my nose is absolutely awful its just bringing me down so much in general. When I am 18 I want to get a nose job but i don't know what the downsides of it are or whether or not is actually will help all too much.
