Don't cheap out on rhino. Most PS can't do them well, its not a forgiving procedure from aesthetic perspective.

Also, show us noses (natural and/or surgically altered) that you like and wish to draw inspiration from.

Anyway, based on this pic, I agree that tip rotation could lead to an improvement.
Because of the low quality and the angle, it's hard to decipher what's really going on around your nasion.
