Nose reduction via softmaxxing

My nose is not like a failo, but if i breath in hard, my nose gets a lil bit slimmer. So i supposed redusing width would be a looksmax.

Is hydrocortisone on nose risk free and something i should do? Lmk

You can also use retinoids to downregulate sebaceous gland activity (either topical to localise the effect to the nose, or oral for systemic), to shrink the sebaceous glands in your nose, making it look slimmer.
Lot of people report after isotretinoin use that their nose was not as bulbous (me included).

No it's not risk free.

1. High cortisol:
Hydrocortisone is cortisol basically, so some goes systematically. High cortisol= fucked testosterone ( take ashwaganda for this).

2. Redness, vessels showing:
Too much skin atrophy reveals the veins on your nose (if your nose is a big failo do it and if you get this get a vein laser treatment on nose, it's safe, cheap and results are permanent)

3. Nose bump:
If you already have one it will make it more prominent because the projection of cartillage part is now reduced

4. Nose tip:
Also can make your nose tip less projected

Overall worth, just have these in mind. Imo start with a stronger corticosteroid as well

I didn't lose any hair on isotretinoin. I'm lucky to have very thick hair naturally, I don't think I have MAA either.

Like on scalp. Idh MAA but ive always had slightliy thin corners since i was a kid. Ironically my hairline has gotten better since 13 after using rosemaryoil and derma stamping for 5 years now.

I have a friend who lost like 20% of his density because he took isotret. But he doesnt apply conditioner or oils

Oh, as in will your application of oils mitigate/prevent the hair loss from isotretinoin?
I don't actually even know what the pharmacodynamics are regarding hair loss consequent to isotretinoin use so you'd have to look into this a bit yourself. I did not notice hair loss/thinning whatsoever.

What time during the day/ what schedule would you use hydrocortisone cream on? I am still in hs so its difficult to plan out when to apply certain things, do you recommend morning or night? Also is it a daily thing or only a few times a week
