Hello, how would I be able to achieve the morph on the right other than surgery? My test is coming soon and idk if it’ll help the growth of my posterior/lower maxilla bone forward so my nose can look straighter. Can I get a rating too

Sorry to say it to you but its not possible to achieve that without surgery but you can try to optimize the most without surgery

idk if you would classify it as surgery but you can do injections/filler to make it more straight but its temporary and clav said filler can migrate but that only happens if done improperly
