I’m applying topical tret every night but I can’t see difference from months ago, judging by pictures, maybe it can be bloating from hgh

Nigga pores don't get big for no reason. Oil is trapped there and also dead skin. When u reduce the oil production, you make the pores smaller then your nose appears small too

dont mean to revive but it isn't enough to spike cortisol and your nose goes back to the same after the 2 weeks and only when you apply it, it stays shunken for basically the entire day. but should only use when you need it otherwise you get steroid withdrawal.
