Hi bhais,
Most threads here keep coping and dickriding hydrocortisone
for nose shrinking. It is complete dogshit. Takes forever to see anything. I skipped hydrocortisone and ran betamethasone (stronger topical corticosteroid) for exactly 3 weeks. Stopped after those 3 weeks so I don't end up with a nose that looks like the cartel skinned it.
Why betamethasone?
Hydrocortisone is for pussies, thin skincels and patientfags. Betamethasone actually thins the dermis and shrinks soft tissue volume way faster. My nose used to be wide and bulbous, now it looks noticeably tinier from the front, the change was pretty minimal from the side tbh.
Using Betamethasone literally morphed my nose in 3 weeks. THIS IS WHAT I DID:
1. Get your Betamethasone from Indiamart or Pharma if you're lucky (I used diproprionate, 0.05%)
2. Put some of the betamethasone cream in your fingers, I applied a pea size amount, I applied slightly more
. Apply it on the alar base and the tip of the nose, once a day in the morning
3. You could use a moisturizer and SPF, I chose not to for whatever reason, but you should.
4. I know ashwaghanda is utter cope and even I think that too, but use ashwaghanda to stop the effects of the cream, since corticosteroids are basically synthetic cortisol JFL and you wouldn't wanna look like some pufferfishmaxxed blob. You can also use other supplements such as fish oil or magensium glycinate (JFL).
Results:
Started noticing it get tighter
around the 1.5-2 week mark, looked noticeably smaller and thinner past that, I stopped at the 3 week mark. Ended up looking noticeably thinner and smaller.
Warnings (don’t be a retard):
This cream is strong af. Nose skin (especially alar base and tip) is super thin and delicate, it is super easy to overdo it and get permanent atrophy, visible veins, redness, or rebound.
I made sure to apply a small amount and stop after a few weeks so I can avoid raping my nose. This is literally experimental Russian roulette if you're a retard.
Post cycle:
Some people started complimenting my nose (you're not gonna get these compliments if you're below MTN) and asking me if I got a nose job. Nose looked noticeably thinner after that (but not super thin).
Do regret forgetting SPF and moisturizer but results still looked great despite skipping that.
If your nose has thick skin at the alar base/tip, betamethasone might be better than hydrocorticope.
BEFORE AFTER
Enjoy a cheap rhino, boyos.
