Hi bhais,

Most threads here keep coping and dickriding hydrocortisone :lul: for nose shrinking. It is complete dogshit. Takes forever to see anything. I skipped hydrocortisone and ran betamethasone (stronger topical corticosteroid) for exactly 3 weeks. Stopped after those 3 weeks so I don't end up with a nose that looks like the cartel skinned it.
Stripped Bethamethasone Cream Pharma
Why betamethasone?

Hydrocortisone is for pussies, thin skincels and patientfags. Betamethasone actually thins the dermis and shrinks soft tissue volume way faster. My nose used to be wide and bulbous, now it looks noticeably tinier from the front, the change was pretty minimal from the side tbh.

Using Betamethasone literally morphed my nose in 3 weeks. THIS IS WHAT I DID:

1. Get your Betamethasone from Indiamart or Pharma if you're lucky (I used diproprionate, 0.05%)

2. Put some of the betamethasone cream in your fingers, I applied a pea size amount, I applied slightly more . Apply it on the alar base and the tip of the nose, once a day in the morning

3. You could use a moisturizer and SPF, I chose not to for whatever reason, but you should.

4. I know ashwaghanda is utter cope and even I think that too, but use ashwaghanda to stop the effects of the cream, since corticosteroids are basically synthetic cortisol JFL and you wouldn't wanna look like some pufferfishmaxxed blob. You can also use other supplements such as fish oil or magensium glycinate (JFL).

Results:
Started noticing it get tighter :owo: around the 1.5-2 week mark, looked noticeably smaller and thinner past that, I stopped at the 3 week mark. Ended up looking noticeably thinner and smaller.

Warnings (don’t be a retard):
This cream is strong af. Nose skin (especially alar base and tip) is super thin and delicate, it is super easy to overdo it and get permanent atrophy, visible veins, redness, or rebound.

I made sure to apply a small amount and stop after a few weeks so I can avoid raping my nose. This is literally experimental Russian roulette if you're a retard.

Post cycle:
Some people started complimenting my nose (you're not gonna get these compliments if you're below MTN) and asking me if I got a nose job. Nose looked noticeably thinner after that (but not super thin).

Do regret forgetting SPF and moisturizer but results still looked great despite skipping that.

If your nose has thick skin at the alar base/tip, betamethasone might be better than hydrocorticope.

Btw if you buy this exact type of betamethasone the cap won't be the same as the one I have, since I lost the cap for my betamethasone and used the one from my previous hydrocortisone :lul:

Can hydrocortisone do the same but just take a lot longer?

I have looked into it but was kinda pussy because it was much stronger than bem and thought I was gonna destroy my nose jfl :lul: I started applying it may 23 am getting back on bem soon

I also looked into triamcinolone, it's slightly less potent than bem but works better than hydro ;)

Can hydrocortisone do the same but just take a lot longer?
Yes but it's much less potent than bem, if youre patient asf or dont have that bad of a nose I suggest you go for it

Can I just do it at night leaving it on till I wash my face in the morning

Why anyone would use Betamethasone is beyond me. If your having to go to Jeetmart to get real pharams then just get the right fucking drug in the first place. Which is Kenalog and inject it into your nose. It's faster and more effective. Betamethasone has no purpose.

Hydro is otc and very low risk. It also worked extremely well for me post rhinoplasty. Although I also get Kenalog shots.

Betacuckcoper will never recover.
Retard hydro is cope of doom and betamethasone is stronger then Kenalog :ROFLMAO:

I have both hydro, kenalog (triam) and bem. Bem is definitely the more potent of the 3, and I have used kenalog and hydro before too. Also, i didnt get my bem or any other ccs from indiamart theyre all pharma :lul:

Yes I'm sure they prescribed you kenalog to inject into your nose.:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Obviously you have no conception about pathways role in efficacy.
Not injection, it's a topical cream, also why would they prescribe it for my nose :lul:

How long do you leave it on for and when do you apply?

I am using hydrocortisone 3x and week and found betamethasone around the house and I’ll start using it, I’m just worried of getting topical steroid withdrawal or anything fucked up like that

I usually leave hydrocortisone on for a little bit then wipe/wash it off, I was thinking it would be the same w betamethasone because it’s stronger but maybe I’m missing something

Thx bro

Pea sized amount with a moisturizer and SPF depending on how your skin tolerates it, for a few weeks to a month

so u used it everyday for 3 weeks then what? how was ur cycle afterwards? need specifics so i don’t turn out like rudolph and im under the impression that like hc, effects ain’t permanent

Does this have long lasting effects? How do you think it compares to accutane? Do you think I should be more cautious and do an even shorter period if I'm on 0,1% Betamethasone?

Accutane will work better as it shrinks the pores themselves which can cause a big effect while this just thins the skin which slightly shrinks it

Could I use either this or Hydrocortisone on my nose bridge, because I have a bump on it and maybe it could make my nose straight? My nose isn't wide so I have no use for it otherwise.
