Can hydrocortisone actually slim the nose by thinning skin around it and how do i cycle it ?

how do i cycle it i’ve been told every day but i’ve heard this is dangerous as it can cause permanent damage and visible blood vessels

i would say every other day because its not recommended to be used too much
