Hydrocortisone only works if you have alot of skin it js makes skin thinner so it can actually make your nose look bigger if the bone is big

Best thing is to js get surgery

if you have a bad jaw projection due to muscle posture fixing it can slightly make your nose go more upward (I think) and accutane practically deletes all the pores on your nose making it smooth shinny and skinnier
