Temporary solution, Acutane works by temporarily suppressing oil glands. When your done with taking the medication your body hormones will start producing them again. + 'accutane nose' is more visible in oily / thick skin textures so if they dont have that they wont see any changes.

sorry bro , try hop on tretinoin or azeliac acid. ive been gatekeeping this but try kbeauty exosome and collagen serums, they dont remove fat or cartilage (obviously) but they slim the appearance of the nose by shrinking the skin blanket that lays on top of ur nasal structure (only works if you have thick, oily skin and large stretched out pores)
