Nose surgery experts?

I know we have some jaw surgery experts but are there rhino surgery experts ? I want to know if my morphs are realistic and which surgeon I should search for. Are there specialists ?

1: March 25th 2021, 2 months before surgery
2: Jul 1 2021, 5 Weeks post op, 60% of swelling gone. 40% still remains in front tip that will eventually go away by next feb, according to surgeon
3: what the final product was supposed to look like. Obviously it's going to be a little different but that's a good example of no swelling one year post op for an average patient

So as you can see they took my large tip and reduced it and dropped my a nose good amount. Surgeon actually managed to drop it further than what he expected as you can see between the morph and what I had in July. Nothing goes perfectly as planned but if you have a good surgeon morphs are pretty realistic. You will want to find an advanced surgeon for tip reduction and tip dropping as those are the hardest operations to perform in rhinoplasties. My guy had performed over 400, 20 years of experience, and had trained at the same elite place in Beverly hills as taban.

You basically just want to look around your area and call up a bunch of places, get estimates about how booked they are, as well as read a lot of reviews online on multiple different websites talking about the doctors and what people experienced. I spent about six hours researching until I found my guy. $150 deposit for consultation and he did the morph in it. The money later went towards paying my surgery. I paid 13k but it's because this guy is the best in my area by far and it's the only operation I wanted to make sure I had done right.
