Nose surgery -NEED ANSWER

First of all, if I would want to only change the nasolabial angle, which surgery would I accurately need?

Also I am a bit scared of nose surgerys, because it seems brutal and scary to me that the whole nose gets cut open; I don’t know how to handle such a fear and the pan after the surgery.

aren’t people afraid of this surgerys?

dont be stressed abt a rhino its one of the most pratical surgery itw there are many surgeron who are specialized in this the only u should worry abt is not being satisfied abt the result
