Will fixing my my deviated septum thru surgery help my recessed jaw due to an expanded airway and being able to breathe thru my nose at all times ?

It depends, if you're over 16 then no, you need surgery to fix a jaw recession by that point, the younger you're though the more chances it could fix your issue. Regardless, go for it because often a deviated septum can be a noticeable failo and mouth-breathing even if not directly being able to change your looks will help your quality of life a lot

By the way, would you be comfortable changing your side profile or explaining how's your recession? Is it an underbite or is your chin recessed?

shi is so cooked. i had traditional braces and orthodontistry for about 4 years. my teeth are straight

Yeah, that's very good, if you don't have an overbite then you don't need more extreme and costly procedures. Rhinoplasty + septum correction (like you mentioned, although I wouldn't recommend you significantly alter the shape of your nose as it suits you nicely already, just getting rid of your dorsal hump), and either genioplasty or chin implants to fix your recession. I'd go for genioplasty.
