So I went to an oral surgeon for airway problems and he said I should get DOME (Distraction Osteogenesis Maxillary Expansion) surgery to expand my palate. I was originally going there for a double jaw surgery consultation but got this instead, will it give me good results and is it worth looking into getting double jaw surgery after the DOME is done?
