Nose Surgery

-I have a deviated septum
-Near the age where I’m allowed to do the surgery
-Confused on which surgery I should do

Out of the nose surgery’s I can do how can I do a surgery that will fix the deviation ASWELL as make my nose look better, no bump and smaller.

My holdback is my fat nose so help I want a straight nice nose.
