As you can see on the right my nose is more concave then my left. All I care about is making them more symmetrical, is there a way to remove volume from the lesser concave side, or increase volume on the concave side? I assume filler would be the answer to filling the concave side, but just wondering if anyone has had similar anatomy and tackled this issue. All I care about is symmetry, so I don’t mind any tips on how to achieve either taking away volume or adding it.
It’s also not caused by a deviated septum, from a straight looking up pov, it’s completely straight, it’s just the tissue / cartilage which is asymmetrical. If it’s a stupid question let me know
