Nose to mouth ratio

My nose to mouth ratio is unideal due to my narrow lips. My wide nose does not help with this.

What is a better fix for this ratio, mouth cutting for wider lips, or using skincare products (e.g.) tretinoin, for a narrower nose? Or should I do both?

try hydrocortisone. it may be "cope" but it's worth trying anything
