Nose Widening with multi-segmental lefort 1/Bimax

will the nose changes I get from Bimax (with CCW) be 100% fixable with rhino? from what I've read the nose both upturns and widens, which would be a looksmin for me

also how much more upturning/widening does the multi-segmental lefort 1 do?
surgeon said he can do this as I have a shitty narrow palate and 6 tooth smile but dont know if its worth the tradeoff for a wider nose

depends if maxilla is totally downgrafted or not

Also how much movement ur gonna get, but surgeon have many techniques to counter that or reduce it (changing lf1 cut, doing sutures etc)

my surgeons want to do a standard lefort 1 cut

also one wants to do impaction, but didnt say anything about downgrafting

the other says he wants to do a little bit of impaction and a lot of downgrafting to do more CCW

do you know how this would effect it then?

Anterior impaction mean reducing gummy smile

To do CCW you need either a posterior downgraft or an anterior impaction

I think that you will have nose change cuz your anterior will be advanced either lineary or impacted

If you downgraft anterior maxilla for ur case u will have more gum show

If they do it right your nose won't change but they have to be extremely accurate... I got 4mm LF1 with my bimax and my surgeon said if he did one more mm my nose would have changed.
