Clearly, rhino is an option. I assume you already knew that though. My nose got notably (not massively) less bulbous after I finished an accutane cycle. After this I begun applying a 1% topical hydrocortisone cream to my nasal tip and I have seen very small but noticeable results. Essentially, the only softmaxxes are accutane and hydrocortisone.

nose is made out of cartilage and bone , not fat

so losing bf won't work , hence why some fat people have smalls noses and some skinny people have big noses

Nose-Mouth ratio increased by 20mm not even fully lean (1.28mm -1.48mm) ideal is 1.5mm.

did u try this method out? my nose has perfect size (like the upper part of my nose) the only problem i have is a big ass tip full of blackheads. how do i remove it?
